The EMLAS Scheme Manual (PDF - 728kb) was written over a period of 18 months, with extensive consultation amongst landlords, local authorities, letting agents and other interested parties such as Shelter and the National Union of Students. The finished product is a well structured, clear and easy to read document that provides both landlords and tenants with information on every aspect of the EMLAS scheme.
